FWIW: I think it is quite a bit louder - but I have a few other breathing mods (see sig) including Stillen CAI, which as a combined unit does make this quite a bit louder than stock. I do cringe a bit when I cruise past the boys in blue.

Very glad I got the HKS rear though. Andycon's sound bites are what drove me in that direction
