chrome z tube

I can just get that and Keep the stock air box right?

Also, at everythingG35.com there is a new stillen intake tube - http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/pro...roducts_id=330

Is that the same as the z tube ?

Also, should I change the filter if I get one of these?

Thanks

you can get the z-tube and keep the stock air box, that is right.
as far as the stillen it looks the same to me.
if you get a aftermarket filter like pop-chager you will get a louder sound but you will feal some power loss because of heatsoak. after your install make sure your Z-tube is not rubbing on the A/C line or else ull have a big problem. i have a Z-tube with stock air box and drop in K&N filter its alright for me. use to have a pop-charger and hated the power loss so i took it off.

I have the Drop in K&N with a Z-tube. I notice a much deeper tone a WOT! Maybe its just in my head, but I feel a difference too. I highly reccommend going this route! Its safe and easy. Not to mention easy on the Wallet! Somewhere in the realm of $130.00 or both. The Z-tube install took me all of about 5 minutes to install too.

I debated of a CAI for months, and now I am glad I procrastinated for so long. I like my standard Z-tube setup!

Pop Charger will not lose power. The long CAI's are what cause power loss.

JWT, Stillen and the stock air box are all good for the car.
