I have heard of some less than optimal durability of JetHot coatings. No personal experience with JetHot, but I have used these guys http://www.performancecoatings.com/p...ecoatings.html on my bike exhausts and they do excellent work. I bet they will be less expensive than JetHot too.

Did you have to remove the engine to install the headers?

hey guys - glad to hear you are happy with the Strup headers. I don't know of anyone who is not, or has regretted getting them over some of the other more expensive versions out there.

Installation is easier than some others too, where the engine does not need to be lifted nor the tranny dropped to install them, therefore, installation costs are much more reasonable. Some ambitious guys have even done the install themselves on jackstands in their garage and have been successful.

Hey, if there is enough interest in a group buy, I'm sure I could get something going. All those interested, post a reply and tell a friend. I'll see what I can work out with Charlie over at Strup if there's enough interest. Time to get those tax returns filed! crap, that reminds me...
