Like i said, an ECU reset should have been done.

The disappointing numbers (from other people as well) were a result of slapping on the exhaust without resetting the ECU.

Reset the ECU before dyno-ing.

Did i mention? Reset the ECU?

Try resetting the ECU next time.

He drove the car for 3 weeks before dyno. His ECU had plenty of time. As said above, guys, you do exhaust on these cars for sound...

And as such, the question was asked about post install mileage. However, in 3 weeks, the ECU should have figured it out . . . Unless the car was rarely driven.

Headers will most likely hurt the performance of his car even more. At least for 05+

I seriously doubt that resetting the ECU would have done much of anything.

About 500 miles on the exhaust.

Plain and simple...

-Reset the ECU
-Do a few WOT runs
-Dyno for optimum numbers

Granted, some cars are so dummed down from months of granny driving, they can't EVER come back.
I've seen G's like this.
It's sad to watch.

Bottom line, if you're not happy with the exhaust, real sorry.
Take it off, sell it, whatever.

For me, it's worked out pretty well.
Both BUTT-DYNO and true DYNO's.

I know u doubt it, but try it.
What have u got to lose?
Reset the ECU and gun the crap out of your car.
Hopefully u'll notice some better pull.
Your car is brand new. An 06.
It might be that the new Rev-Up engines don't go well with HKS.
But i still say try the ECU reset before making any final conclusions.
Let us know how it goes.

I've talked to several tuners and they all told me it won't make a bit of difference. I forgot the exact technical reason but I'm sure there is a tuner on here that can explain why. I'm very happy with the exhaust, I guess I was too worried about my peak numbers but if you look at the area under the curve the gains are very impressive.

What do u mean theres no gain??? you gain a lot more hp throughout the pw band. U see as much as 20hp gain from 220 to 240. Yes the peak is only 8hp but look at the gain everywhere else.

That chart, according to the OP, includes the exhaust *AND* the MREV.

+10 for the MREV and the awesome sound of the HKS doesn't hurt either.
