UR pulley squealing?

I recently installed the 3 UR pulley in my car and everything was fine until tonight I turned on the heater and heard this loud squeal while I was driving. If I turn off the heater, it's perfectly fine but everytime I turn on the heater the squeal appears. What's the problem?

Sounds like a lose belt to me. When you turn the heater on the A/C comes on too and this puts more demand on the belt to turn. Truplay8 it's probably the same thing. I haven't tried it with this car but most cars you slow down the idle by going all the way with the wheel. I'll try this in the morning to see if I'm right or wrong. Hope it helps.

Try and tighten the belt when your engine is warm. That way the belt will be stretch a bit more when you tighten it back up. How old are the belts? I assume they are new??? If tightening doesn't help and they are old maybe try a new set. Hope it helps.

I had this issue when I installed one on my previous car, a Maxima. I suggest using some belt lube stuff when installing. Then after driving for a day or two, go back and retighten it. It'll stretch out a bit after warming up
