question about wraping intake tube.

hello guys.


i read some thread about pop charger sucks hot air from engine bay.

how do you guys think about wrap up the stillen air box and z-tube with the thermal wrap(insulator)?

anyone did this?

Actually, I have read where a member has used the Stillen Hi-Flow Airbox with the Popcharger unit in conjunction with the Z tube. The Stillen Airbox blocks out the heat and the Popcharger affords more surface area. The Popcharger doesn't have the metal end plate, which the Stillen K&N filter has. I've seen the Popcharger replacement filter for about $50. For the fun of it, I may try that combo at some point down the road.
