I know it can be a pain. call the guys at MD directly and talk to them rather than get the info second hand. This is what I did becasue themore I read the more convoluted it became.

BTW welcome to G35Driver. make sure you check on whether or not there is a local G club that participates on here.

Initially, the MotorDyne plenum spacer was the only MD product, which afforded the non RevUp engines any measurable gains. Aside from the ISO Thermal components, the MREV (spacer and pre '05 lower collector) and MREV Plus (spacer and modified pre '05 lower collector) were designed with the RevUp engine in mine. This combination affords the RevUp engines excellent gains. However, it appears that Tony at MotorDyne has tested the MREV Plus combo on non RevUp motors and has found that the said combo does afford the non RevUp motors some measurable benefits. From what I can understand, you can opt to choose the ISO Thermal MREV Plus option.

Here is the thread.

I have seen the MREV++ notation tossed around on these boards a few times, now. I have no idea what this is . . . If it is. I am very curious, to say the least. Too bad that Tony is out of town.
