hey as most of oyu know

i bought a used injen cold air intake for my auto coupe

i installed it and love it but i did not have a manual and could not figure out where to install that little rubber cylender with screws on the ends


...so i left it out

the intake seems to be steady



where do i put it?






quesiton 2

also i want to buy a bypass valve for this intake ... which aem do i need..will the aem one work?

can i get a carwash if i dont hve a bypass valve?
