Intake and Exhaust for the 2006 G35 Sedan

I just bought a 2006 G35 Sedan. Wanting to upgrade the intake and exhaust system.

What is the best intake and exhaust for the G35 sedan and what are the expected horsepower gains?

best intake=K&N replacement with a z-tube
best exhaust=probably Stillen, Borla second
gains=conservatively, 25-30 with all 3 mods

gains are more like.........slim to none!

The car sounds alot better though!!!
