Modacar in Livermore did mine. It took about 4 hours and cost around $300. Add in extra time/cost if they're crawford headers, since they are more difficult to install. Which header did you get?

isnt "Z-Car Garage" up in the bay? look em up, i'm almost positive they are. Heard nothing but good things about them and they specialize in Z's and G's so it wouldnt take them anywhere near 10 hours to install headers.

Thanks for the tips fellas, I just got my topspeed headers which from what I've seen on Z and G forums take about 4-5 hours to install. I'll give some of these folks you guys mentioned a shot at, and the Z car garage I think I did hear them being around northern cali. I'll do a search for them and see what I can find. once again thanks for responding ya'll.

Simply one of the best places around the Bay Area for Z's and G's. Normally I do my installs myself but the one thing I couldn't do was my Quaife diff. I was the first G or Z to have a Quaife diff installed at thier shop. My first unit I received was put together incorrectly from the factory and they caught it pretty quickly. Got me a new unit with minimal downtime and they installed it perfectly. I highly recommend the shop and Rob really knows his stuff.

www.zcargarage.com would be my first choice. Topspeed headers should not be that big a deal to install - couple of hours. it only gets expensive to install Crawford headers, since the engine has to be lifted a little to get them to fit.

I had my headers installed by some random shop in San Bruno because I wanted to save on labor. That was a very expensive mistake. Both headers had leaks, and bolts were missing from my cats, etc.

I took my car to Scott Performance, and they were able to remedy the problem, all the while doing meticulous work.

You're safe in the hands of SP or ZCG. It should take them no more than 4 hours to do the labor.
