i just bought my VIS carbon fiber hood yesterday... i was wondering if anyone had a hard time installing it. because i am... this is my 2nd hood on both my cars... but the VIS hood seems to be tweaked on the left side... it raises higher than the right side... maybe its new? and needs the sun to "flex" (???) and it catches on the hinge, but wont latch??? tried adjusting the latch, but no dice.

 

..hey, just kidding... yeah it just needed to be "sunbathed" for a couple of hours. and then it was fine... VIS thumbs up.
