bummer...was there stress on it at the point of the crack ? Installment issue ?

You need to use urethane repair materials to repair this crack. Basically you grind the paint off, cut a v groove and apply a specific urethane compound. Take it any reputable shop and they should be able to fix it. That is a stress crack and unfortunately one of the more difficult repairs. Here is some info:

if it was fiberglass........ jk man hope you get that fixed soon ... how much more expensive is it to fix urathane ?

same reason why I use fiberglass, sure they chip and crack, but I can fix it with a 5 dollar plastic weld any day of the week.
