I'm curious to see how this will attach to the various bumpers you mention above. Please keep in mind the splitter needs to be able to sustain the additional downforce created, especially at high speeds. This will depend on the form and design of the splitter, how it attaches to the bumper and any gaps or openings in between. The support rods may be very necessary in some applications. I found out the hard way with my CF splitter on my Z going about 100+mph. It was a very costly outcome.

i THINK most splitters that i know will fall off if you go like 150mph lol.. real splitters are bolted to the car not the bumper...

These do not need rods as they are not adjustable.. (rods were originally invented for adjustable splitters) however rods will be an option for $25...

Sorry I do not have a G to post pix on yet..

Question for you guys

Do you like the traditional splitter.. resembles something like a thick poster board? or would you guys be interested in something thicker? say the size of a marker.. kinda a rounded off edge.. course it'll cost more as its very difficult to get carbon to stay that way but it'll look hell of a lot more classy then just a traditional carbon splitter...

These splitters are not wind tunnel tested so there just for looks.. kinda like a body kit.. i really doubt that any kits more areo dynamic then a stock G with an areo kit.

But as for the splitters falling off at +100mph..

Thanks for the info. They may not "fall off" but may flex quite a bit and with a lowered car at even 80mph there could be an issue. I just want save anyone from any surprises and it sounds like you're on top of it.

I preffer the classy rounded look. I'm guessing you're going to get an even split on this one.

It may be best to do the flat one first, work out your process then maybe go to a more 3d one later.

i would be interested in a more rounded splitter as opposed to a thin cardboard one.

I would like to see some measurements on this when it is done. If I can get it to fit my sedan nismo bumper I may be in on one.
