Urethane Nismo Bumper
#1
![Question](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Did anyone have any problems as far as fitment with this bumper?
Clear corners sit flush?
Any gap under the headlights?
How did it meet with the plastic cover that is under the car that meets with the OEM bumper? The bottom piece in the pic.
Any cracks that seemed to have been patched up?
any info would be helpful.
Pics would be even better.
TIA

Car is currently at the body shop getting the urethane Nismo front installed. My bodyshop wasn't really impressed with the fit and finish of the bumper. No mounting holes were pre-drilled and overall the bumper is a little rough/unfinished on the edges. It's taking a little more effort from them to get it to be perfect but it's the price you have to pay when dealing with a replica.

Yes the finish was rough but a good installer can fix that up. The fit was good for mine, it just needed the proper prep. In the end, it came out fantastic and I was really happy with it. The lights, grill and wheel wells all look bang on and OEM fit like. Only issue was the corners are about 1/8" off on the bottom but I hear most kits have that problem. You can't even really see it unless you run your finger along the bottom.
In the end, I am really happy I went with the urethane version over the fiberglass given that the fit looks so good. We had to make up a small piece of aluminum to mate the skid plate with the grill. It would have fit as is, but the installer felt that it might be pulling too much and cause a stress crack. It took him about 15 minutes to rig a piece up and he painted it black when he refinished the bumper so you don't even notice it.

Sorry to say but I would not be doing business again with this company.
I'm still waiting for this fiasco to be resolved.
