Guy who does my tint does clear bra for about 50% of what retail places charge. That's one hell of a mark up if you ask me, he can do it for 50% off and still turn a profit. He makes more from doing tint from what he said, but still that's a crazy mark up.

why do people get the rear bumper done? is it just to protect from scratches when taking stuff in/out of trunk?

I got my clear bra 3 days after I picked up my G. I'm gonna have it redone soon because of a few fender benders from letting my girlfriend drive the car. Check out Premier if you want the best. www.premiermobilegroup.com. I'm gonna get the custom clear bra, which IMO looks so much better than the pre-cut stuff I currently have on the car.

I just bought a Nismo front bumper. I'm thinking of putting on the clear bra b4I install it. I can get a kit for $200 to clear bra it with 3M. Has anyone DIY? I watched a video on it. Doesn't look too hard. Any thoughts?

Lol if you lived in brooklyn you would understand why...parking here is a big deal...spaces are tight so when you back up lightly or if someone slightly bumps your end there wont be any serious scratches if the hit isn't hard...hope this clarifies things

Pay a pro to do it right the first time. Dont buy the kit online, let the installer get the kit. It seems like your saving money buying the kit yourself, but there are other factors to consider.

Shoot me a private email if you have any questions.
