i replaced my front bumper with new paint job...

and im seeing white rock chips instead of dark gray chips..

is it normal..???

as i remember...when i had brand new bumper it was dark gray under paint..

what did this body shop do to new bumper..???

They used white primer....

 

do they usually do that????on black car??????
or did he try to use cheaper one
