Food for thought, some of the same people who flame billet grilles put ricer bodykits and skyline badging on, go figure.

god not the skyline badging thing again...i have stock infiniti badging but i dont get why people hate on the skyline badging...the japs change to infiniti over there and we change to skyline here...it's the same freakin car...

Forget all of them - this is the grill you need to be classy...

I actually thought I liked billet grills, but then I saw those pictures with a silver G35 and I don't blame the guy for selling. They just didn't look good on his car. On a nice blue or red car...uhhh maybe, I would have to see. I think you can't go wrong with the Gialla empty one. It' sporty and very clean. If I was getting a grill that's the one I would get. Good luck.

They are tacky but if you like it, that is all that matters. Just hope you have thick skin too.

If someone steals the grill off my car, and I don't have enough money to buy a new one...... then I guess the grill on the airconditioner would have to do. So yeah, I got nothing against those grills.

Your car, you money, your taste. If you like it, that's all that matters in the end. Unless you're the type of person who only does things to try and impress other people and get attention [I hate people like that].

I have yet to see a billet grill on ANY car that I like. But that's just my taste, my opinion. Do whatever makes you smile and drive happy.

Most of the time, people like it just because its different. Later, when they get used to seeing it every day, and its no longer something new. They realize that they only liked it because it was new an different, and they actually never really liked how it looks.

alrite.. yeah like the reason i was asking was, i wasnt sure if there was some 'sterotype' associated with it you know? i'm just trying to do 'simple aesthetic' mods and i saw this on ebay

my car is CB, and basically thats what my car would look like, its cheap so i'll probably get it as soon as i pay my parking ticket

Thats also another reason why alot of people dont like it. Its cheap... and it looks cheap. I've seen some custom billet grills that I've actually liked on our cars... but the kits like that look half a$$ed and just slapped on. It doesnt fit and flow with the car. It looks cheap.
