what's up...bro, can you please tell me how to exactly adjust the latch.
there should be 2 10mm bolts that hold your latch mechanism in place. Simply unbolt the bolts and slide the latch mechanism down about 1/4-1/2". You may need to remove your front bumper to get at the bolts on the latch mechanism.

My bodyshop just install my new bumper yesterday, is there anyother way to do this without removing my bumper.

Get the flex head gear wrench set. I wrench a TON and these are the best wrenchs Ive ever used! I thought you had already adjusted the latch. Thats how mine looked after adjustment. I guess I just got a real bad one,lol.

Allright guys finally problem solved. You guys were rite all i had to do is adjust the latch which was easy, anways thank you everyone for your help especially bobshuai, G352NV & chucky...also carbonltd.
