Do ZIP TIES do a better job than SCREWS?

Hey guys, I am installing a top secret bumper, however... the screw doesn't seem to hold up the corner of the bumper so it sits flush w/ the fender--I guess all my work w/ it has loosened it up.

I've heard of people using zip ties to install their bumpers--do these things work BETTER than screws? Will it help my bumper sit higher and more flush?

I'm sorry I don't have a visual to show everybody, but any feedback would be very helpful =)

Thanks

he has a poly urathane replica from automotive mods. if it is then OEM screws work just fine.. line it up in this order.. left & right fender, top grill, headlights, engine underbody cover
