I have had the kit on the car for about a year, and earliar this week i installed my Crawford cats on the car, somehow with the added vibration from the idle/2k range of the rpm band, my rear bumper, in the middle section is rattling. With the car off i can move that piece and just tap it against some sort of metal or wall....possibly the crashbar.

Any suggesions on how to fix this? the only way i cant hink of keeping it from shaking/tapping on the crash bar is to put some sort of padding behind it....

 

try foam tape or other cushioning material to stop the resonating vibrations. The other idea is to take it to your body shop and have them work out a solution.

 

on the way home stopped by the shop - problem resolved....the bumper was touching the actual muffler, just shaved off half an inch or so and its gone.
