Have you ever wondered...

what the carbon fiber TS hood would look like with just the vents painted to matched with the color you car?

I know a lot of people like the whole hood to match the car and just leave the vents in carbon fiber.

I'm just curious if anyone has has left the hood in carbon fiber and painted the vents or can photoshop something like that? Preferably in DG, but any color is fine. I wanna see what it looks like. TIA!

It will be easier if you could find a pic of a DG coupe with the TS hood.

IMO, never accent lines that do not run with the car. If it doesnt flow with the car, it will stand out and look tacky.

yeh its not that bad. i sorta like it. afterall, youre buying a cf hood so you might as well show it off, right?

but ill either not paint it at all or paint everything but the scoops when i get mine

I like it on the DG. I'd like to see it done on IP or LR or something for major contrast... ...to get a better idea. But I have a feeling DG will work best for this style.

It seems to flow with the lines of the car just fine... ...while the other way can emphasize the square angles/edges surrounding the vents. Nice idea that could look great if done correctly.
