debadging grill...
open up the hood and there are two prong-like things on the badge that you need to squeeze towards each other. i don't know if this is clear enough... but yea you have to get the badge out from the inside.

not sure yet was thinking of either getting my grill powdercoated black along with my OEM19's and leaving the emblem chrome, or just replacing the entire grill...

What you want to do with the grille is a technique called vacuum metalizing that performs a plating process over plastic. There's a shop here in SoCal (Westminster) called M&M Metalizing that does that type of work, do a search in your area and I'm sure you can find someone who does this.

That's my next planned project to match my black chrome rear emblems, though heard it aint cheap to have done, but would look awesome imo.



did you get it out? what are you replacing it with?
