Replica Grill and Front Bumper?

I'm curious to whether anyone has tried to mold a replica grill with OK fitment into the OEM front bumper? Just a thought that came to me today. lol Is it even possible to do this? If so, would be it be expensive as hell to do? Any feedback would be appreciated..
