you pull it up and you feel this bump in the seat come out towards you and it gives more support for your back. just sit in your seat and pull it and you'll feel it.

It's mainly for hanging my air freshener trees, but I also pull it forward about once a year on long drives to straighten the spinal cord.

To me it feels very strange with the slightest lumber in my back. I even wish the seats back were a little less sticking out.

hv to ve thlumar spport - seat isn't too racy, but i've never sat in a race seat for a LONG time and felt good -
race seats +long trips = sore back!
