Are the Rear Emblems easy to take off??

I'm thinking about taking all the emblems off in the rear to keep it clean, but are there holes underneath the infiniti emblem?any advice on how to take them off safely?

thanks

Yes, it's very easy to do.

The letters INFINITI and the G35 are only on with double stick tape. Its best to pull these in the morning when both the car and tape are cold. The tape should comew off all at once. If you do it in the heat the tape will come off in much smaller bits. As for the Infiniti logo, this does have both double stick taoe and holes, at least on my 03.5 it does. For now I have left the emblem and pulled the letters. Hope this helps.

I did it because I feel its a cleaner look. I've always debadged my cars. No name plates, logos, decals, ect and if you do it early on there is less chance of 'tan lines'. It all boils down to preference.

the "infiniti" and "g35" emblems were easy for me to take off, but the actual logo was difficult

Here's the EASIEST way to pull off all the rear emblems:
1. Start in the Morning
2. Pull SLOWLY with your fingers, nails help, in one smooth motion.
3. Wax off all sticky residue.
4. Finished.

If the car is 6 months old...and is kept in the garage most of the time, is it safe to do? I don't want any "tan" lines....

When did most of you guys do it??? probably really early huh....

Depends on the color of your car, but it should be ok even if it's been 6 months, IMO.

Good stuff! Looks like I know what I'll be doing this weekend. I shouldn't have a 'tan line' problem - car is garaged and I just got mine last Monday (Aug 2).
