I have done a couple of searches, and kind of seen a couple of DG's with both full smoke and gtr.

Right now I am leaning on full smoke, but of course I haven't seen either in person.

What is everyone's opinions? I don't think the GTR looks good on DG because of the red contrast, but like I said I haven't seen them in person.

Thoughts?

 

i prefer the contrast on DG without smoked tails.

 

I think smoked looks nice if you have black rims to go along with it. if not keep it stock

If you have dark accents like window tint, wheels... smoke or gtr would look nice. Personally I like my gtr Overlays .

I am in the same boat. i have an 06 DG coupe and i want to add the rear valance overlay and the GTR overlays. I tinted the car, bit i just can't decide which overlay to get, either smoke or opaque GTR3. I really like the lighter smoke on the tails, but since i have tints and i really want the lower rear valance overlay, i really wanna make sure that the tails match to the rest of the car. i might have to just order the valance and then later order the tail overlay.

 

anybody knw where i can get the overlays to match my dg color so you can only see the red circles?
