Well I was driving on the highway last night and I hear a loud scraping noise so I pull over to see that the front of the lip is dragging but the bolts on the side are still holding the lip from coming off. What should I do?

What lip?
Is actual body kit part scraping on the ground or the undercarriage plastic?
