the whole entire housing?

well, first start by removing the door panel.

To remove the door panel there are 3 screws that need to be removed.

If you pop off the cover for where the handle is, there are 2 10mm bolts. then there is another small plastic cover concealing another 10mm bolt behind the actual handle/lever you open the door with from the inside.

once all 3 screws are removed, tug on the door panel from the bottom. the door panel should come off.

once the door panel is removed, look by where the mirror is located. there is a plastic cover with plastic clips concealing more 10mm bolts to loosen the mirror.

everything from there on is pretty self explanitory.

good luck!

Thanks! Ya, I want to adjust where the housing sits so I can have the mirrors "resting" further out so I don't see the side of my car when I look in them.
