Data system replica front lip installation(DIY)

Guys, I need help on installing this front lip so I don't have to go to a shop. Actually, I just need to know where the hardware goes.

I'm assuming the 4 phillip head screwes goes into the 4 holes of the lip and they screw underneath the bumper.

I'm not sure where the two hinges(gold color) with bolt that goes through it goes. Do they go at the very end of the lip that wraps behind the front fender, therefore I would have to drill a hole?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

not sure about yours but with my illusion lip which is basically the data replica, i had 4 screws drilled into the sides where the lip wraps around the front fender (2 on each side) and also a bar-like support (which i would assume is what your hinges are for) underneath the lip to give the middle some support. hope this helps
