top secret oem grill?

I remember seeing someones avatar on here and he had a top secret front, but he fitted an oem grill on there. Was wondering if that person could chime in and tell me if it's hard to do or rather what was required. Thanks in advance.

he used zipties for those pictures...dunno if he ever changed 'em out.
