It's deep and I can feel a groove... Parked at my uncle's farm cuz I was overseas for a month and didn't have a place to park my car. Turns out the mexican workers scratched the right quarter panel. How much will repainting something like that usually cost? Will they have to repaint the entire quarter panel?

you will probably want to repaint the entire quarter panel. if you spot paint, you will eventually be able to tell in a few years.

 

Is there anything I can put on it to protect it from rust, and wait till the car gets more busted up before I repaint the whole car?

 

yea, touch up paint or the pearl clear coat that comes with it
