tint suggestions

Just wanna know what u think what would look good for a twilght blue (dark blue) 04 coupe with chrome stock rims

i have stock chromes right now. i'm gonna keep on em as winter tires and then as soon as spring hits i'm gonna put some deep dish 20" rims.
