How much should i pay for front grill?

i may buy this flat black OEM grill off a member

he wants $110 he will pay shipping is that a good price/deal?

would it be cheaper to have a body shop paint my grill flat black?

the grille is worth 50 bucks itself.

depending on how good of a job he did and what condition it's in, i'd say ~85-100...

i just painted mine yesterday...$15 for supplies and roughly 10 minutes of actual spraying, you have to wait 10 minutes minimum between each coat unless you hold a fan over it, then it takes less than 5.

i've guess a shop would charge atleast 60

all you need is clear coat, flat black or semiflat black paint, gray/black primer, 400 grit sandpaper.

sand it thouroghly

3 coats of primer

3 coats of paint

3 coats of clear coat...done

^^ i think getting your oem grille painted would be a cheaper option, vs. paying $110 for a used oem blk grille

why dont u call some shops around ur area and get a quote? personally, i think u should give it a try to do it yourself first. what is the worst that can happen? you f-up! in that case, go get it painted
