it depends on what you want to order. as with every company, there are good parts and there are parts that aren't so good.. what are you looking to get from them?

as far as customer service, they are better than import trenz and vis.. but not the absolute best..

i've found the BBB to be a great and accurate indicator of the company..

A few other people i have talked to seemed to be pretty with them and said the service was very attentive so I guess that's a good sign. If anyone knows anything else I'd love to hear it.
