I was going to a dealer part services to order my OEM front lip spoiler for my 04 coupe. The guys told me that my is a sport version so that it will not fit my bumper. I don't know if this is true? i know that only the 06 bumper will not fit. I am also have been doing lot of research before i decide to go to the dealer ship to order this part, I am pretty sure that the OEM front lip from the manufacture will fit the car. I just want to confirm with u guys either i am right or the guys at the part service right? This also cause a big confusion for me after that guys at the part service told me. I just want to clarify, if i am right i will just order the part online than.

If your car is an 06-07 with sport front bumper, it will not fit the oem spoiler...

Sport bumper looks like this:



The 03-05 sport models have the same bumper as the 2003-2007 non-sport...

 

Did you buy the car used? There is a chance the previous owner put on an 06+ sport bumper. If you've had the car since day one, then it's got a non-sport bumper and the OEM should fit.
