Spoiler Light Replacement '03 Coupe

Third brake light not working... '03 Coupe
So here is the problem, originally it was just the spoiler light not working. It has still never worked. The brake light inside the rear window seems to work when it wants to.
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Or does anyone know what this problem could be or what I should do?
I changed the title of this thread so as to take up less space on the server so some of the responses below may not make sense to my questions.

Does anyone know where to get a clear spoiler light replacement? And does the 06+ spoiler fit in the same bolts as the 2003+ spoiler?
