I am thinking of getting this hood also...
What I was thinking is doing the opposite instead of painting the whole hood and leaving the vents...why not paint the vents kind of like stripes on the hood but starting the first vent not the front of the hood...U know??

Can Anyone Photoshop that...To see how it would look.

Thanks.

I don't use a hood pins on my CF hood.
I have driven 125 mile/hr without issue.

If you are afraid of flying hood, then put them on your car.

This is the way I would do a TS hood on a G35. I hate the look of straight cf hood on a G. At least paint the sides to flow with the lines of the car.
