Removing the Rear Spoiler Help

I honestly hate the way the rear spoiler looks on my G35, I prefer the sleek look without it.

I want to know is it hard to remove and what to do with the holes that are going to be left behind when I am done.

HAs anyone else ever done this and maybe have some suggestions

you are better off finding someone locally to swap you trunks so you don't have to repaint. If you are lucky you can even make some money on the deal rather than having to repaint the trunk out of your own pocket

What if you were to take off the 03-05 spoiler and put on a Data Systems? That would cover the holes, correct? Otherwise you'd need a new trunk lid or swap.
