I'm still waiting to find a stock grille so you can have mine done that way.

I can do this, I'll be debadging mine this weekend and I'll paint my letters and fuji symbol and post pics. afterwards if you like what it looks like I'll take orders. After I get the letters perfected and know that I'll have orders I'll practice on my grill and post pics of that as well.

It's no where near that easy. Klumzyee's painted emblems are the closest I've ever seen to real black chrome. I've never seen any painted emblems that could pass for real black chrome except his. I've sold several sets of black chrome JDM emblems and they were expensive. A set of all three emblems cost me $170+ and I got better pricing by sending 50 or so emblems at one time.

^thanks for chiming in =)

Yeah to get your chrome done in the proceedure above isnt a joke they charge some serious coin not to mention you have to strip the emblems of the tape first then take care of your chroming. THEN re-install the tape and reinstall the emblems back into their template for easy install.

Like I said the paint isnt just simple black paint to paint over.. it was a greenish looking paint and he had his own little trick of doing it.. what was it i dont know.

Man those emblems looks sick, kinda considering this myself now I love the look. Although I must agree that the front emblem if painted will not last very long like that at all.

I said it almost looks like black chrome, but the hyper black paint looks dead on.

before I sent off my emblem to get black chromed, I painted my rear emblem gloss black, just like my grill, and it looked pretty good. That is, until I received the black chrome
