Ravspec Diffuser, where to drill holes?

For anyone who has put this on, I see there are 2 holes required underneath the licence plate. Anywhere else? Is no 3m tape needed?
Anyone reccommend anything during this install?

Thanks

U should use lots of 3m tape as it'll definitely help hold it on to the bumper....

you put the 3m tape arond the edge of the diffuser, the 2 inside holes you can use the plugs/pins the 2 outside hole you just screw into the bottome of the bumper. I don't have the ravespec one but im sure they are basically the same

when i did mine i drilled a total of 4 holes.
two where the license plate is.
and two on the bottom of the bumper.
and plenty of 3m tape along the top edge of the diffuser.

Pretty much what everyone said.

I added 3M tape to mine after I realized where I wanted it, then I drilled the holes wherever they lined up.
