What to do with my carbon fiber trunk?

What to do with my carbon fiber trunk?
Need your advise, I've had a carbon fiber siebon trunk sitting in my garage.
I have an IP coupe with a cf hood and black wheels. I am getting my nismo bumper painted this week IP and painting the vents black.
Now for the trunk. I've been wanting to paint half of the trunk before installing it. Would you guys think it would look wierd if I just paint the top part of the trunk (where the spoiler lays) and keep the rear CF and the OEM badging there?

Paint it all except the top, I've seen one do something similar, they kept it CF but put the paint stock spoiler back on... it looked weird.
If you ever decide the paint the roof black or get a CF roof then the top of your trunk will still be CF and it'll look nice. Get creative, if you still wanted everyone to know the whole trunk was CF then paint everything except where the badging would go alittle off center (like 2 cm to the left and 2 cm down), then put your stock badging on where it should be... it'll give that "shadowing" effect... if you followed that at all... the shadow would be the CF showing through behind the badges

Yea I was going to say the same... Paint the back of it to match your car, and leave the top CF, paint the roof black, and slap on the CF hood (but make sure to paint the sides so it flows).
Your other option is just like you said it, leave the back of it CF, paint the top white, but also black out your taillights so they flow w/ the CF trunk.
I'd go with option 1 tho.
