Need a pic of installed INGs trunk spoiler from the front of it...

Got Klumzyee's replica INGs spoiler, but there seems to be a noticeable gap on the front end of the spoiler when it sits on the trunk lid. Is this a common or known issue? Hard for me to tell since most posted pics are taken from the rear of the car. Also, if the spoiler is attached by bolts, where on the spoiler do the screws attach to? Lastly, does the Authentic INGs rear trunk spoiler fit exactly right (or a lot better than the replicas)? Thanks for the help!

Did that search and as everyone else does, only shows pics of that spoiler from the back view. Thanks for looking out!

the ends of the ings comes up so you do not hit the quater panel when you shut the trunk..

Use 3M tape and sealant around the trunk so you dont have to drill holes

good idea (on ggong)... i'll do that since it seems like the other two members already sold of their cars to other ppl...

Klumzyee- what kind of "Sealant" are you referring to? Is it clear or black silicone and would it be paintable? If the car is laser red, would it blend in to match? Can you send/post pics of your Carbon Fiber INGs spoiler from the front angle that I am requesting? Possibly getting a close-up shot of how and where you used sealant on your trunk lid. That would be greatly appreciated!

original ing's parts fit nearly perfect. I'd say give bulletproof a call and see what they say. that spoiler is supposed to be held on with double sided tape. If the wing isn't sitting flush, you will need to do alot of work to make it fit.

there's a reason why Klumyzee has that item discounted.... It is stated in the pricing. Buyer beware!!!

I do want to see this installed though. I don't think anybody on the boards has this.

haha, so "discontinued" means "doesn't fit"??

there are pics of klumzeee's carbon fiber version of this wing here https://g35driver.com/forums/interior-exterior/187365-carbonfiber-replica-ings-1-wing-2x2-weave.html fitment on your wing shuold be the sme as the carbon version since they both come from the same mold.

Klumzyee- your CF spoiler looks to sit pretty flush to your trunk lid. That's the look I was going for, but my body shop the one I brought in doesn't sit flushly on the trunk lid (like how yours looks). I'll go back to the shop (or get a 2nd opinion from another shop) to see if it can be mounted with minimal work. Thanks for backing up your products!
