It's hard to wait when you have no clue what's happening. So I'll clue you in, the bumper would get finished if there are competent polyurethane makers, but there are few especially in this market condition, and the ones that do want the job charges too much.. If you want to pay $1000 per bumper, I'm sure it get made real quick.

 

if they are working on the mold then you shuold at least have progress pics or pics of the plug... i call BS...
