shi1 i ment nov 10th.. ugh i posted this like on 3 different threads *sigh.. lol
no more poly urethane LARGE items for now.. I still make grills and spoilers and small lips.. You guys will start seeing some cool stuff out of carbon soon..
Aluminum weave w/ 6-7 layers of DRY honey comb carbon vacuumed with nitrogen
.. My car is in the works right now suspension is almost done and I'm doing body next.. Custom widebody G35, i'll do a little track set up with aero splitter, wing, diffuser, and full underbody covers
also some cool misc stuff like intake tubes and such I'll be redoing some of my turbo pipings (if not all). soon soon.. first i'm going to get some new stuff out there and lets start modding before all the MODDED Gs all start looking the same
Will be working on getting the "INGS+1" right and i'll be doing some different stuff.. going to test some waters with sedans and g37s to see how they're doing.. lastly I have a lot of BMW stuff to do
I'm getting some cool rare stuff for you OLD SCHOOL guys too.. like wings west's OLD manufacture use to make this "whale tale" wing in Carbon.. old school guys know what I'm talking about anyways these guys have long stopped making them but they're still in stock due to how much they sell it for (cost on these were like $800 each ._.) I found 5
... offer them here first.. if no ones interested its going to the Z guys =)

How about you are not allowed to buy one when it comes out. And if you didn't want one to begin with, why are you posting in the thread

The chop with the Black G is being made..
I have the prototype for that and its done already. We own a poly urethane Injection machine but its no where near large enough to produce anything bigger then grills, small wings, lips, fins, etc.. For something this size it was done by a partner company that has lost their fabricator - he left due to personal reasons but to fill in the story he simply found something that pays better.
Since then I've been trying to find a new poly urethane manufacture (which cant be THAT hard since I'm in socal, wrong) I needed it to fit the requirements
1. Location, needs to be close for obvious reasons
2. $$, cost for mold cost per unit and availability
3. Quality.. what took the longest was filtering out companies who claim high pressure machines to companies that actually have one.. it takes a lot physical room and labor to keep this thing running (not to mention it smells like....). I was accepting/buying samples from companies and having my painter prep and paint them with a honest review of whats junk and whats not.
4. Exclusive.. While many manufactures will produce something for someone unless a close relationship is built a few units always manage to "slip" out some how. Example would be if a NISMO Poly front was made with a minor defect in it and I refuse it.. instead of being junked it'll go onto ebay this would bring the quality of product and image for both product and company down. Which is a big problem in this industry.
While I found a company thats suitable they have a history of "misplacing" defective products or sometime "throwing away" a few good items.. I was almost ready to settle for this but the quality and the price for this is =\ in the end I went back to something I can produce myself.. pain simple cloth hand laied FIBERGLASS..
everyone thats purchased something from me can agree even if it was damaged from shipping and handling or ever had it repaired for any other reasons can say that it was something that ANY shop would work on. There arnt any tricks or magic to it its simply fiberglass with a mid quality resin.
Honestly this bumper was very easy to make it was simply an 06 bumper cut and extended then we made it out of glass.. the OEM plastic is too flexable and if was used to make a mold it may not come out right..
It'll be finished dont worry.. Price will be simple $400 shipped $300 picked up like everything else fiberglass.. I'll probably do a group buy rate as well.. But
Yeah this project is taking a while.. so? if u want to spend hours spraying primer on some POS low injectioned plastic be my guest lol I'll give you a list of contacts that you can use..
My job is simply to deliver a quality product..
A manufacture was hired..
A sample was made..
Sample was not up to buyer's standards..
Manufacture was given many chances to correct flaws..
Buyer came to a conclusion and moved on. =)
