Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago they sent the door panels to get em fixed and they came back with like a patch it still looks like sh** and i'm stuck with it too. I know how you feel it really sucks!

Get a piece of leather, have it stitched some design, maybe diamond stitching, or regular double stitch along the edges so it looks cool, then use it to wrap the burnt piece. You can get a tailor to stitch it for you. Make sure you fill in the burn hole with something (maybe bondo), and sand it down so its smooth, so then the material doesn't sink in through the burnt hole when you touch it.

Had the exact same thing done when I got my windows tinited. Tinter paid for it using his insurance. Infiniti had to replace the entire door. They told me they don't have just that single piece.
