Anyone know what the headlight bulb size are? also if switch bulbs how does it effect the bi-xenon part of the headlight?

 

Low Beams/Hi-Beams are D2S

If you switch bulbs to higher K temps e.i anything higher than 6000K is a no-no.

 

What is a good brand to go with when shopping for D2S bulbs?

 

Depends on what exactly you want.

If you want to have a slight purpleish/blueish then I'd suggest the Philips Ultinons, which they're rated 6000K. I've had them before and look sweet! You'll lose a bit of light output but I didn't/don't care since I live in the city.

Ugh.. why is it a no no to have a 6K+ temperature?
