Seibon TS hood....

Im looking to purchase one very soon, but I have a few questions. Can I paint it to match my car? Its obsidian black. I want it to be smooth just like the stock hood. I know the seibon does not come with the rain guards, will this damage my engine or anything inside? and finally If i do decide to purchase one, who do you guys recommend i purchase it from? Also estimated price range? Thanks for replys in advance....

Yes, you can paint it. The rain will not damage anything. Your engine bay will just get dirtier quicker.

I'd pay no more than $500 picked up for it. I assume you're in SoCal, so you shouldn't have a problem with that.
