Ok mostly from people who have had theres painted. Around how much would it be to get my G painted just a gloss black?

 

Unless you know someone, painting is generally a wash...

You can easily spend upwards of $1500 on a "real" paint job (IE Not Maaco) and it STILL might not look that terrific, especially if you're completely changing the color of the car.

 

Hmm.. more like $5000+ on a decent one. 1500 is probably just on the materials alone.

$5000 plus for a good one if your changing colors. You may as well sell yours and buy a black one.

 

LOL i was thinking about the exact same thing!! my G35 is silver and i would love to have a BLACK one!! Black G35's are too nice... white ones too...i'm gonna ask my Homies bodyshop for a quote.. scince he did such a good job on my moms 08 GMC Acadia..

 

I think the value of your car is going to decrease if you repaint your car. Just so you know.

 

If you are going to paint it, at least paint it something exotic/unique. Everyone can get a black G. Go for a Ferrarri Yellow or Murcielago Orange.
