Hazard Flashers?

When the hazard flashers are on I noticed the bumper lights do not flash, I recently had new headlamps installed... Are the bumper lights supposed to flash w/the hazards or not?

Nope, they don't flash at all, even as turn signals. They're only parking lights

rear side markers flash with hazards - front do not... both can be wired to flash as turn signals, but are not that way OEM.
