LED Interior lights glow all the time

I have installed LED dome bulbs. They work great but I noticed that they have a slight glow when the lights are not turned on. I believe they even glow when the car is not on which makes me think they are parasitically draining my battery at all times. Anyone else notice this issue when installing LED bulbs?

I haven't noticed this but I think I'm going to check it out tonight. I checked my parastitic drain a couple of weeks ago and I was fine.

I have the same problem with couple of my led lights. The company says its a common problem but it wont drain the battery.

How does dimming work with LEDs installed? Does it work as nicely with LEDs installed or is it more abrupt? I'm assuming you did LED primarily for the color right? Isn't there less diffused light and more focused light?

I don't think it's a problem - it's probably due to the fact that it takes less current to power them (I think)

Anyhow, if you switch your dome lights to the "off" position, they'll turn all the way off

^^+1 trying turning them to the off position and see if they stop the slight glow...my piaa's do the same thing, it has never drained my battery or given me any other problems, but for whatever reason if you have them set to illuminate when the doors open then there will be a slight glow, but if you turn the switch OFF they do not glow, but will only work if you press the light
